I may not make the meeting tonight. The elcetricien who was supposed to be here today to replace my consumer unit will be here this evening instead. If I don't make it please take this as my appologies.

Matters arising from the Minutes:

5. Atttached are profit and loss for the year from 1st Jan, and also from the last meeting until today.

Worth noting that the Scouts sections have not paid any rent since last year. This is in big part because I feel a conflict of interest in making the payments, when they are both made, and signed off by people also involved in the scout group, and with no paper trail.

Assuming the rent agreements are sorted in the near future, we can back date some invoices and bring up to date.

7. Please note that a Second Scout section started on Friday 26th April, from 7:45 to 9:15. So scout's rent will rise from May.

Invoice was paid.
First aid kit has not yet been ordered. Hopefully that will happen today,
Insurance was transferred and renewed.

Charity comission has been updated with the details I possess. To add Janice and Louise I would need full name, address, and date of birth details. Please send these to me seperately, and not to the group, and I will get them added in.
