PS I’m guessing no rent has been paid for the month of summer holiday in the past, if payment is per hour (usage time). Gill Sent from my iPad

Just to be absolutely clear.
Until I took over Scouts paid £200 / month quarterly. Last payment was August 23 noted as "Jul-Sep".
Exec meeting minutes say scouts pay £9.60/hour.
If a month is 4 weeks, and use the hut for 5.5 hours per week. Then they should pay £211.20 per month. Hut misses out on 4 weeks (52 - 12 * 4), plus 12*11.20, or £345.60 per year....
If a month is 4.25 weeks, they should pay £224.40/month, so Hut has been losing £292.8 per year...
As mentioned in my email before the meeting, we have also added in an extra section night.
I would argue that Scouts owe £2,142.20 by end of July. They should be paying £285.60 per month.
Please let me know Which figure you would like me to use to invoice.

Hi Anthony I have looked at both bank accounts and the Scouts owe £1800 rent by end of June. As Louise will take over as the second Hut signatory, I’ll get you (as Nick) off that one to avoid conflict of interest. However, I see no problem with Scouts paying their rent before this is organised. Many thanks Gill
