Just to be absolutely clear. Until I took over Scouts paid £200 / month quarterly. Last payment was August 23 noted as "Jul-Sep". Exec meeting minutes say scouts pay £9.60/hour. If a month is 4 weeks, and use the hut for 5.5 hours per week. Then they should pay £211.20 per month. Hut misses out on 4 weeks (52 - 12 * 4), plus 12*11.20, or £345.60 per year.... If a month is 4.25 weeks, they should pay £224.40/month, so Hut has been losing £292.8 per year... As mentioned in my email before the meeting, we have also added in an extra section night. I would argue that Scouts owe £2,142.20 by end of July. They should be paying £285.60 per month. Please let me know Which figure you would like me to use to invoice. Hi Anthony I have looked at both bank accounts and the Scouts owe £1800 rent by end of June. As Louise will take over as the second Hut signatory, I’ll get you (as Nick) off that one to avoid conflict of interest. However, I see no problem with Scouts paying their rent before this is organised. Many thanks Gill
