Hi, With regards to the broadband. FTTP is now available. This would cost ~£35/month with a £15 install fee (from Zen). A fixed line has been prohibitive in the past due to needing a phone line installing which is not the case with this. Worth considering? Just to be absolutely clear. Until I took over Scouts paid £200 / month quarterly. Last payment was August 23 noted as "Jul-Sep". Exec meeting minutes say scouts pay £9.60/hour. If a month is 4 weeks, and use the hut for 5.5 hours per week. Then they should pay £211.20 per month. Hut misses out on 4 weeks (52 - 12 * 4), plus 12*11.20, or £345.60 per year.... If a month is 4.25 weeks, they should pay £224.40/month, so Hut has been losing £292.8 per year... As mentioned in my email before the meeting, we have also added in an extra section night. I would argue that Scouts owe £2,142.20 by end of July. They should be paying £285.60 per month. Please let me know Which figure you would like me to use to invoice.
